Natural Gas Compression/ A new Design

High output CNG liquid cooled compressor with Super/Smart technology developed by He System Technologies.

This fueling station technology was developed to improve on natural gas compression and filling CNG powered vehicles.
Our newly developed compressor system contains a 10 piston radial horizontally mounted reciprocating design That can generate 3.9GGE per hour we call ( HEDEX4 )

This concept and design is totally unique to any CNG compressor system on the market. 
We employ ballistic materials through out on critical wearing parts.  We use super hard solid materials; we carefully control temperatures in every critical component by using a liquid to carry away heat to the radiator.  We use oversized 4” dia angular contact main ball bearings.  High speed, high load carrying needle bearings on every moving part within. 
We force feed oil to all the needle bearings before the compressor pumps. Oil pressure and volume is monitored and controlled.  The oil is filtered with a spin on automotive filter.

We use super hard ballistic, corrosion resistant & high temperature valving for long life. 

We have triple sealing throughout using copper and viton seals. Over 233 O-rings are used to ensure safety from gas leaking.  On low pressure gas inlet, we have duel seals minimum.
We use four over sized 316 Stainless steel sintered filters; one at the gas inlet, one at  the first 3 stages of compression filtering down to 0.8 micron. We even cool the filters with liquid!  This will help ensure the cycle life of the compressor system and decreases maintenance.  We internally cool the discharge gas before it exits the compressor.

This system will monitor ambient temperatures and maintain a safe temperature within that will prevent freezing of moisture.  We use direct drive for maximum energy efficiency, minimum maintenance, minimum vibration, and low noise. 

We use duel motors for higher efficiency. We measure the amount of gas that the compressor is consuming. You can program the compressor to fill with cubic feet , pressure, or both.  This system will tell you if your tanks contain incompressibles like water, oil, butane, propane and any other foreign non compressible. 

The compressor radiator cooling fan will blow out any leaves or light snow or dirt in-order to clear the intake path to help prevent radiator clogging and also minimizing maintenance and then may reverse compressor to run its intended direction for that particular fueling session.  The compressor has an editable feature to recheck the vehicle tank pressure to make sure the gas pressure did not recede because of cooling of gas.  If this had occurred the super/smart cng system will top off the tank once again to ensure you have a full tank of gas to start your day!

 Cheap cng compressors need to run forever to fill small tanks and are not reliable. You end up paying more in the long run.                                  


The HEDEX4 filling station can pump out a whopping 3.9 GGE per hour maximum, depending on many factors.  HEDEX4 compressor is totally encapsulated in a pressure vessel and if a leak ever should occur, there is a 4” diameter chimney at the top that will safely vent out to the out side if of course it is placed inside.  If a problem should occur with the compressor any person slightly handy can remove the compressor module in 15 minutes or less.  We will send you loaner pump to use until we fix or replace the defect and then send it back to you asap. 
We offer  a warranty covering  the system for 10,000 hours or 3 years, whichever is sooner.
